At JewelleryZe, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. We understand that sometimes, you may want to return or exchange a product, and we’re here to assist you. Please take a moment to review our Return & Exchange Policy.

Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and JewelleryZe. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you may not purchase our products or place an order with us. By placing an order with us or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative jewelleryze . If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@jewelleryze.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Provided that you must have proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request. 
  • In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.
  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us.
  • We won’t be charging you any return shipping or handling fees. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@jewelleryze.com for assistance.

Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item due to damage or defect, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
